Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.
- Experienced with international curricula such as IB, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or similar approaches.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative and adaptable in designing activities.
- Open to ongoing training and professional development.
