🎯 THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role combining:
✅ Teaching
✅ Academic Leadership
✅ Team Leadership / Teacher Support
✅ Operations
✅ Quality Control

✅ WISE LMS Management
✅ Training & Team Development
Approximately:
• 40% teaching
• 60% leadership/Academic admin responsibilities
You will work closely with the Academic Director and Curriculum Designer to help maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Speakhabla program.
You will help:
- support and guide teachers
- monitor lesson quality and student experience
- oversee organization inside our WISE LMS platform
- assist with scheduling and absences
- reinforce systems and accountability
- support onboarding and teacher development
- support customer / client retention
- contribute to operational growth and structure

📌 REQUIREMENTS
• English needs to be your first language
• Strong Spanish communication ability (C1 preferred)
• TEFL certification plus experience teaching adult professionals
• Strong administrative and organizational mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Leadership mentality and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable with systems, scheduling, customer support, and operations
• Ability to coach, support, and guide teachers professionally
• Must thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

💰 COMPENSATION
$1200–$2200 USD/month
- tiered training program ( income increases through 3 tiers of training over 12 months
