As a Youth Director/Pastor, you will oversee youth activities on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, schedule social media posts, and lead worship twice monthly. You will have opportunities to involve youth in events like One Con, MYC, and Youth Camp, while also collaborating with the Next Gen Music Director.
Your role will include participation in staff meetings and outreach events such as the Winter Extravaganza and Easter Egg Hunt.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Youth Ministry during assigned evenings
• Coordinate youth-focused social media content
• Lead worship services twice a month
• Involve youth in regional ministry opportunities
• Participate in staff meetings and community outreach events
Requirements:
• Heart for God and youth engagement
• Credentials or willingness to obtain PAOC certification
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field
