Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Tele-counselor role located in Bengaluru Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals interested in aviation training programs. Tasks will include counseling prospective students, explaining course details, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining
communication
with students.

Strong
problem-solving
abilities
Experience in counseling or customer service roles
Ability to multitask and work in a
fast-paced environment
Knowledge of aviation industry and training programs is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology,
