🌈 Role Summary
As an Assistant Facilitator / Assistant Teacher, you will support the Lead Facilitator in conducting daily learning activities, ensuring child safety, and creating a warm and engaging classroom environment. You will play a vital role in helping every child feel secure, cared for, and encouraged to learn.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
👩🏫 Classroom Support
✅ Assist in conducting art, music, storytelling, sensory play, and learning activities
✅ Support smooth transitions between activities, meals, nap time, and outdoor play
✅ Provide individual attention and support to children when needed
🧒 Child Care & Safety
✅ Supervise children during playtime, meals, rest time, and hygiene routines
✅ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization standards
✅ Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
✅ Assist with first aid and incident reporting under guidance
🧸 Environment & Materials
✅ Prepare classrooms and learning materials before activities
✅ Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and activity areas regularly
✅ Track classroom supplies and report replenishment needs
🤝 Parent & Team Coordination
✅ Assist in capturing activity photos and updates for parents
✅ Share observations with the Lead Facilitator for child progress tracking
✅ Participate in training programs related to child development, safety, and curriculum
📌 Requirements
✔️ 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
✔️ Prior experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or caregiving is an advantage
✔️ Graduate in any discipline
✔️ NTT/ECCE certification or pursuing candidates preferred
✔️ Basic communication skills in Hindi and English
✔️ Genuine love and affection for working with children
✔️ Patient, nurturing, energetic, and responsible personality
✔️ Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
⏰ Work Timings
🕗 Centre Operational Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🔄 Shift Duration: 8 Hours per Day (Rotational Shifts)
