Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Training Delivery & Operations
- Conduct OJT and technical training for direct labor in production areas
- Coordinate and support plant-wide training programs and activities
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to address training needs
Training Design & Improvement
- Support training needs analysis and develop effective learning solutions
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve workforce capability
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
Training System & Documentation
- Manage Training Management System (LMS), records, and training database
- Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, skill matrices, and tools
- Ensure training compliance and documentation accuracy
Projects & Support
- Participate in training-related projects and initiatives
- Support continuous improvement and cost optimization efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with training/L&D experience are welcome
- Experience in manufacturing training or LMS is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Good coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
