Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Florida Teaching Certificate (or eligibility)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication
Highly Preferred:
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- Private, classical, or faith-based school background
- Structured literacy or strong math instruction
- Demonstrated success driving student achievement
