Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Jaipur, with an immediate joining requirement. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for students preparing for careers in the tech industry. Responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible way, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with placement requirements, tracking learner progress, and continually improving training methodologies to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with experience delivering technical concepts to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, session planning, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and engage learners effectively.
- Relevant experience in teaching or mentoring students for tech placements or entry-level software roles is highly beneficial.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, along with proficiency in at least one programming language or core CS area (e.g., data structures, algorithms, databases).
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt training delivery based on learner needs.
