PreJHA Foundation is seeking a dedicated Life Skill Faculty to join our Gurukul campus. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of first-generation learners by equipping them with essential life skills and functional competencies for successful employment.
Location: Gurukul Campus
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured Life Skills sessions covering communication, teamwork, decision-making, and emotional intelligence
• Deliver functional-skill modules in Mathematics & Measurement, English Language, and Digital Literacy
• Conduct learner assessments, mock interviews, and placement-readiness sessions
• Adapt instructional methods to learners from rural, tribal, and first-generation-literate backgrounds
• Mentor learners and monitor progress against defined employability benchmarks
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Ed. or background in Humanities/English preferred)
• 1–3+ years of relevant teaching or training experience in Life Skills, Soft Skills, Employability programs, or academic instruction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to teach bilingually (English and Hindi/regional language)
• Working proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
