Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Teacher Assistant to join our team at Msuez Uk. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a desire to support the growth and development of young learners. As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, activities, and projects
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional help
- Monitor and supervise students during class, recess, and other activities
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Assist in grading assignments and providing feedback to students
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
- Adhere to school policies and procedures at all times Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Patient, nurturing, and able to adapt to different learning styles
- Proficient in basic computer skills
