Energetic and Inspiring Academic Coordinator
For our school in Forlì, we are looking for an energetic and inspiring Academic Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping the academic excellence of our centre.

The Academic Coordinator is at the heart of our school. You are the guardian of the Kids&Us method, ensuring that every class delivers the high-quality, immersive experience that defines us. You don’t just manage—you inspire, guide, and elevate the entire academic team.

Your Mission
Drive the implementation of all Kids&Us academic protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence across every class
Uphold and continuously reinforce the school’s quality standards in line with Kids&Us academic KPIs
Support, mentor, and collaborate with the teaching team to deliver outstanding learning experiences
Work closely with the School Director on all academic planning and decision-making
Act as a key reference point for all academic matters within the school
Requirements
Residence in Forlì or nearby areas
Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
Advanced or Proficiency level in Italian (C1 or higher)
Teaching experience is a plus, but not essential
Clean criminal record (Certificate of Carichi Pendenti)
Strong organizational and planning skills
A genuine passion for working with children
Team spirit—to collaborate and feel at home here
What We Offer
Initial annual contract, with the possibility of a permanent position upon renewal
Part-time role: 20 hours per week
