Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
- Track and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Requirements
- Active Missouri Special Education Teaching License (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
- IEP experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
