Responsibilities:
A special education teacher teaches multiple subjects such as mathematics, language, social studies, science, reading and others, as the role will be helping special needs students in every academic area based on the national mainstream curriculum or functional curriculum. A special education teacher is also expected to teach non-academic areas of special needs students.
Requirement:
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, PLB, Math, Science or other related fields.
- Interested in working in the special education field.
- Preferably have experiences interacting with special needs children.
- Knowledgeable about special needs children development as well as the subject they teach.
- Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, is adaptable , and a self-regulated learner.
- Passionate about teaching, and is committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Available to join for the 26/27 academic year.
