Role Description

The Lead Trainer will oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs to ensure high workforce performance and compliance with organizational goals. Responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, assessing training outcomes, and providing feedback for employee development. Collaboration with department heads to identify training needs and align them with strategic objectives will be a key component of the role. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pontian.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in training program design, curriculum development, and delivery methods
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in assessing competency gaps, creating learning materials, and evaluating training outcomes
  • Knowledge of industry compliance standards and training technology integration
  • Leadership skills, ability to mentor others, and excellent organizational abilities
  • Adaptability to work effectively in dynamic environments and a collaborative team setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience in training roles within the energy or environmental services industry is an advantage
