Role Description The Soft Skill Trainer (Nagercoil) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, life skills, and workplace readiness. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and interactive activities to help students build confidence, improve presentation abilities, and develop professional behavior. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training modules, customizing content to learner needs, assessing participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves coordinating with academic and placement teams, maintaining training reports, and continuously updating training methods to align with industry expectations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Training & Development, including planning and delivering structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Soft Skills and Life Skills coaching to enhance students’ employability and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess the ability to engage diverse learner groups, manage classrooms, and adapt training styles to different audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in education, psychology, management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate soft skills facilitator is preferred.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional regional languages is beneficial.
- Comfort with basic technology tools for presentations, online content, and learning management systems.
