Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Science Teacher role located in Bengaluru. The Science Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons in core science subjects, with a focus on developing strong conceptual understanding and analytical skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards, conducting classroom teaching, demonstrations, and experiments, and assessing learner progress through assignments, tests, and projects. The role involves providing academic mentoring, maintaining accurate records of performance, and offering constructive feedback to help learners improve. The Science Teacher will also collaborate with other educators on curriculum development, participate in academic events and meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Science Education with subject expertise in Physics and Mathematics.
  • Recognized teaching credentials or status as a Qualified Teacher, with demonstrated classroom experience.
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including creating structured, learner-centered, and outcomes-based lesson plans.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and learner engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Physics, Mathematics, or a related science discipline.
  • Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and support for diverse learner needs.
  • Experience with assessment design, curriculum development, or competitive exam preparation is an advantage.
