New Era HR Solutions is partnering with a respected private school in the Seattle area to identify experienced Middle & High School Educators to provide one-on-one instruction for their students. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about personalized learning, skilled in differentiated instruction, and committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Schedule, Pay & Benefits:
- Part-Time (15 – 25 hours/week)
- Monday–Thursday (2 – 4 day workweek primarily during school hours)
- $40/hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one instruction
- Teach Algebra, Geometry and academic writing
- Support students with additional learning needs and IEP-style accommodations
- Deliver customized lesson plans and academic support
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students that foster engagement, confidence, and growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (or equivalent certification)
- 3+ years of teaching or tutoring experience
- Experience as a High School Teacher, Tutor, or Academic Instructor
- Strong background in Math and Writing instruction
- Experience working with students with learning disabilities or diverse learning needs
- Expertise in one-on-one instruction or small group teaching
- Ability to implement personalized learning plans
- Strong skills in student engagement and relationship-building
- Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and personalities
