The ideal SEN Teacher will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification suitable for an SEN Teacher
- Have experience working as an SEN Teacher or supporting pupils with additional needs
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND, including ASD, SEMH and complex needs, as an SEN Teacher
- Be a patient, resilient and committed SEN Teacher with a child-centred approach
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills as an SEN Teacher
