Kids&Us is a globally recognized English learning brand for children, founded in Barcelona in 2003 and now operating in 600+ schools across 10 countries. We are currently looking for a passionate, organized, and customer-focused School Operations Manager to join our growing team in Myanmar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall daily operations of the school and ensure smooth workflow
• Handle new student onboarding processes in compliance with school procedures
• Schedule classes, demo lessons, community activities, and internal events
• Coordinate and manage teachers’ schedules to ensure full class coverage
• Monitor school facilities, inventory, teaching materials, and stationeries
• Ensure the school environment is clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for students and parents
• Support academic operations and ensure compliance with Kids&Us teaching standards and procedures
• Participate in teacher recruitment and coordinate training support when needed
• Build strong relationships with parents and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Handle parent inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally while escalating issues when necessary
• Work closely with the commercial team to support student retention and referral activities
• Ensure all staff maintain the English-only environment while interacting with students
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the school services team in line with company policies
• Drive team engagement, morale, and professional development within the school
• Support company initiatives and contribute to creating a positive student learning experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (English Major or Business Administration preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the education industry
• At least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Result-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good English proficiency and computer literacy
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
