Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Palma. The English Teacher will deliver engaging and dynamic lessons using the Kids&Us method, implement lesson plans tailored to the natural learning process, and ensure an immersive English-speaking environment for students. The position also involves assessing student progress, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and collaborating with the teaching team to enhance course content and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and experience with Education best practices
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and the team
- Prior experience in teaching or working with children is highly beneficial
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to align with the Kids&Us methodology
- A degree in Education, English, or related field is preferred
