Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Rajkot for a School Principal. The Principal will oversee school operations, ensuring academic excellence and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include leading curriculum development, implementing educational policies, managing faculty and staff, and cultivating relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community. The Principal will also be tasked with developing and executing strategies to meet the institution's vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Curriculum Development and Middle School education
- Proven leadership and Educational Leadership experience within an academic setting
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, staff, parents, and the community effectively
- A passion for Education and commitment to fostering student growth and teacher development
- Master’s or higher degree in Education or a related field
- Prior experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role is preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with integrating modern teaching methods and technology in educational settings
