Key Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership to achieve academic excellence and holistic development of all students.
Experience required reputed residential school.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the school’s curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and the institution’s educational philosophy.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non‑teaching staff; foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, safety protocols, and facilities management.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs for faculty and support staff.
Engage with parents, guardians, and the wider community to build strong partnerships and promote the school’s image.
Manage the school’s budget, financial planning, and fundraising initiatives.
Implement and monitor student assessment systems, extracurricular programs, and confidence‑building activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and statutory obligations.
Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decision making and innovative educational practices.

Essential Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (e.g., M.Ed., MBA in Education)
Recognized teaching certification (e.g., CTET, State Teacher Eligibility Test) with at least 10 years of classroom teaching experience.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Principal, Vice‑Principal, Head of School, or equivalent).
Sound knowledge of Indian school regulations, curriculum frameworks (NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, etc.), and contemporary pedagogical trends.

Experience

Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years as a Principal, Vice Principal, Headmaster, or Academic Head in a reputed residential school.
Proven experience in managing both academic and hostel operations.
Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools is preferred.
