Lead Infant Teacher – Kids At Heart North Canton
At Kids At Heart, our infant classroom is built on trust, consistency, and genuine care.
This is one of the most important roles in our center. You’re not just supervising—you’re creating a safe, nurturing environment where babies can grow, explore, and feel secure every single day.
We’re looking for a Lead Infant Teacher who is calm, dependable, and takes pride in building strong routines and meaningful connections with both children and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead an infant classroom with consistency, patience, and care
- Maintain and follow daily routines (feeding, naps, diapering, etc.)
- Create a calm, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Track and communicate daily reports with parents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run classroom
- Work closely with your team to support each child’s individual needs
- Ensure compliance with all Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with infants (required)
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and attentiveness
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
- CDA or Early Childhood Education background (preferred)

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, education, and credentials, with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
