Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a SAT English Faculty specializing in Digital SAT Reading & Writing. The faculty member will deliver high-quality instructional sessions, including concept teaching, passage analysis, grammar and usage review, and test-taking strategies aligned with the Digital SAT format. Daily responsibilities include planning and updating lesson plans, customizing instruction based on diagnostic results, assigning and reviewing practice tests, and providing detailed performance feedback to students. The role involves creating and refining SAT Reading & Writing materials, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum improvements, and maintaining consistent communication with students and families about progress. The faculty member is expected to uphold a supportive learning environment, stay current with SAT trends and changes, and contribute to ongoing academic initiatives at SAT Edge.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in English Teaching and Teaching, with proven experience instructing high school students or test-prep learners.
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development for standardized test preparation, including designing lesson plans, practice sets, and assessment tools.
  • Academic background and interest in English Literature and Literature, with the ability to explain complex texts and rhetorical strategies clearly.
  • Deep understanding of Digital SAT Reading & Writing patterns, question types, and scoring, with the ability to teach targeted strategies.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; test-prep or coaching experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfort with educational technology, online practice platforms, and data-driven analysis of student performance.
  • Ability to work with diverse learners, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and learner-centered environment.
