Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Public Speaking Communication Expert for all age groups (domestic Indian audience) and Phonics Teacher. The role involves planning and delivering interactive online sessions in public speaking, spoken English, phonics, and communication skills for children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include designing age-appropriate lesson plans, creating digital learning materials, and using engaging activities to build confidence, clarity, and fluency in communication. The educator will assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and share periodic progress reports with parents or guardians where relevant. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, maintaining organized class records, and participating in training or review meetings to continuously improve teaching quality.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners of different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Proficiency in writing and reviewing communication materials such as class notes, presentations, and learner feedback reports.
- Experience or education in communication-focused domains, including Communication, Strategic Communications, and Internal Communications.
- Ability to support or develop communication content such as Press Releases when needed for institutional communications.
- Hands-on experience teaching public speaking, phonics, English language, or related communication skills, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
- Familiarity with Indian domestic contexts, accents, and cultural nuances to tailor examples and activities appropriately for local learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field; formal training or certification in phonics or ESL/ELT is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual classroom platforms, along with reliable internet connectivity and the ability to manage remote classes independently.
- Strong classroom management, time management, and organizational skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
