Job Description

English for Asia is actively seeking an experienced and qualified part-time Native English Teacher to teach at our partner kindergarten located in Causeway Bay for the academic year of 2026-2027. This position offers exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic kindergarten educator eager to join a committed and dynamic team dedicated to creating a vibrant and creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To teach English to K1 – K3 students.
  • To plan lessons, prepare teaching materials, and write student progress reports.
  • To develop creative and interactive lessons.
  • To engage students in the English language through specifically designed games and activities.
  • To motivate students to use English in a fun and relaxed environment, boosting students' understanding and confidence in using the language.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • High English proficiency level (CEFR C1/C2).
  • A bachelor's degree as well as an internationally recognized qualification in teaching English as a second language, such as Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTA, CELTYL, or TEFL.
  • Previous teaching experience, especially at the kindergarten level, is highly preferred.
  • A friendly, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • A valid Sexual Conviction Record Check.
  • A valid Work Permit (Permanent Resident, Working Holiday, or Dependant Visa, IANG).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
