Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership aligned with the Cambridge framework
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all grade levels
- Lead curriculum implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement
- Build a collaborative, inclusive, and student-centered school culture
- Mentor and develop staff through coaching, observations, and professional development
- Strengthen parent engagement and community relationships
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge regulations, safeguarding, and statutory requirements
- Oversee school operations, staffing, and performance outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred)
- Cambridge experience (Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS/A Levels) is essential
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience, including leadership roles
- Strong understanding of international curricula and pedagogy
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive school improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
