Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Teacher located in Foxdale, Lusaka. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering quality instruction, and assessing student progress. Day-to-day tasks include teaching various subjects to early primary grade students, and facilitating some afternoon activities. The teacher will also be responsible for maintaining open communication with parents and staff, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching primary students
- Fluency in spoken Nyanja, with experience teaching Chichewa.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
- Self-motivated, independent, adaptable and eager to acquire new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Commitment to the values and mission of Trackside Learning Studio
