The SEN Specialist: Throw Out the Rulebook
Are you tired of tick:box teaching? If you believe that every neurodivergent student deserves a bespoke education that recognises their unique brilliance, we want you in our Leicester team.
- The Role: We need dedicated Secondary SEN Specialists to provide vital intervention for students with complex learning needs.
- The Students: You will support learners with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) or those in Alternative Provision who require a relationship:first lens to succeed.
- The Approach: Youll have the creative freedom to tailor sessions to each learners specific interests and strengths:whether thats through visual aids, movement breaks, or interest:led projects.
- The Pay: GBP30 : GBP35 per hour (dependant on experience).
- Weekly context: Earn GBP450 : GBP525 per week for just a 15:hour mid:range schedule, or up to GBP1,155 if you choose to take on a full 33:hour week.
