Job Profile – Preprimary Teacher (CBSE School)
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences for Nursery/PP1/PP2 children
- Focus on foundational skills: language, numeracy, motor skills, social-emotional development
- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials aligned with CBSE/NEP guidelines
- Conduct regular observations and maintain student progress records
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities
- Collaborate with peers and coordinators for curriculum implementation
Prerequisites / Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: NTT / D.El.Ed / ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) preferred
- Graduate in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com) with Montessori/Preprimary training also acceptable
- Experience:0–3 years (Freshers with training may apply)
- Experience in preprimary teaching preferred
- Skills Required: Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching young children
- Basic computer skills (for records, worksheets, and reports)
