Role Description The Post Graduate Teacher – Business Studies and Accountancy is a full-time, on-site role based in Raebareli. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Business Studies and Accountancy, aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include classroom teaching, evaluating student performance, maintaining academic records, and providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes. The role also involves preparing assessment tools, guiding students in projects and practical work, coordinating with colleagues for integrated learning, and participating in school events, parent interactions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills for Business Studies and Accountancy.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, curriculum-aligned instruction.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interaction with students, colleagues, and families.
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business Studies, Accountancy, or a related discipline, along with a recognized teaching qualification (such as B.Ed.).
- Relevant teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level, preferably in CBSE or similar boards.
- Ability to integrate value-based education, classroom management skills, and familiarity with modern pedagogical practices and basic educational technology.
