Role Description Pre Primary and Primary Teachers at Teacher Pool in Devanahalli, Bengaluru are responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. In this full-time, on-site role, teachers create engaging classroom activities, support foundational literacy and numeracy skills, and promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. They assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and share regular feedback with parents and guardians. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, managing classroom behavior positively, participating in school events, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the learning environment. Teachers are also expected to follow school policies, uphold child safety standards, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education to effectively support pre-primary and primary learners.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Curriculum Development and Education to design and implement structured, age-appropriate learning plans.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; a B.Ed or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms, create inclusive learning environments, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
  • Proficiency in English (and local languages as applicable), strong organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Prior experience teaching pre-primary or primary grades and familiarity with contemporary teaching methodologies and child-centered practices is an advantage.
