Diploma Room Leader – Toddler Room (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced and confident Diploma-qualified Room Leader to lead our Toddler Room.
About The Role
- Full-time position
- Lead and mentor a team of educators
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance are maintained
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Certificate III Educator (Part-Time)
We are also seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to support our team on a part-time basis.

- Part-time position (3 days per week)
- Flexibility to work across varying days based on service needs
- Opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team
- Contribute to high-quality educational programs and daily operations
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
