2. Qualifications
- Targeted Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree from a leading international program in Thailand. We are specifically seeking alumni from programs such as Chulalongkorn University (BALAC, BBA, EBA, ISE) or Thammasat University (BEC, BAS, BBA, etc.).
- Program-Specific Expertise: A deep, firsthand understanding of the TCAS Round 1 (Portfolio) admissions process and the specific selection criteria for the faculty you graduated from. (e.g., A BALAC graduate will lead training for prospective BALAC, BEC, and BAS candidates).
- Exceptional Communicator: Native-level or highly proficient in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Coaching Mindset: Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with high school students to draw out their best qualities. Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or counseling is highly preferred.
3. Job Description / Responsibilities
- Portfolio Development: Work one-on-one with high school students to deeply understand their unique identities, personal backgrounds, and core strengths. Guide them in transforming these personal narratives into compelling, outstanding portfolios tailored perfectly to their target university programs.
- Interview Strategy & Training: Coach students on advanced interview techniques to help them navigate highly competitive admissions panels. Actively train them on essential public speaking attributes—including speaking pace, eye contact, smiling, pausing, volume, and projecting confidence.
- Mock Interviews & Feedback: Conduct realistic mock interview sessions and utilize interactive exercises (such as speed introductions or situational roleplay) to help students think on their feet. Provide constructive, actionable feedback to continuously refine their performance.
- Personal Statement (SOP) Guidance: Assist students in brainstorming, structuring, and polishing their Statements of Purpose to ensure their written voice matches their portfolio's narrative.
