Job Descriptions
- Ensure students’ safety, comfort, and well-being in the classroom
- Support students during learning activities, play time, breaks, and daily transitions
- Guide students in understanding instructions and participating in learning activities
- Maintain an orderly, conducive classroom environment that supports learning
- Supervise the class briefly when the Head Teacher is temporarily unavailable, following clear guidance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in early childhood/preschool teaching
- Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents
- Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches
