Role Description The Kindergarten Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and projects that promote foundational academic skills, creativity, and socio-emotional development. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, leading classroom instruction, organizing play-based learning, observing and documenting student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents or guardians, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and collaborate with colleagues to uphold the preschool’s educational standards and policies. Classroom safety, care, and supervision of children throughout the school day are essential parts of this role.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills, including knowledge of early childhood development and use of effective instructional methods.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with kindergarten or preschool-age children in a classroom setting is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment and to manage classroom behavior in a positive, constructive way.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
