Enhance French learning with Oxford Learning Stoney Creek! As a part-time French Teacher/Tutor, you will guide students through engaging lessons in a supportive, small-group setting.
This role, which requires you to teach after-school and Saturday mornings, allows you to focus on French education for children Grades 9-12. You will work with up to three students, following Oxford Learning’s methodologies. Experience in tutoring or teaching French is valuable, while a commitment until the end of June is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach up to three students in in-person sessions
• Deliver lessons using provided curriculum materials
• Maintain friendly communication and professionalism
• Follow prescribed teaching methodologies
• Fill in post-lesson documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or tutor certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of French Grades 9-12 curriculum
• Proficient in both French and English communication
• Prior experience in teaching/tutoring French
• Ability to manage multiple students effectively
