Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers for our online tuition program catering to Classes 6 to 10 (CBSE & ICSE boards). The teaching will be conducted using a digital board setup with a camera, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience for students.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct online classes for Classes 6 to 10 (CBSE & ICSE).
- Teach Science concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Use digital boards effectively for explanations and problem-solving.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials.
- Conduct regular tests and track student performance.
- Resolve student doubts and provide academic support.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Maintain student engagement and discipline during sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong subject knowledge in Science.
- Prior teaching experience (online/offline preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and teaching technology.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable way.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (B.Ed is a plus).
Experience:
5-6 years will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the development of structured educational materials
- Background in Education or Teaching with expertise in Science
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Experience in Training students through interactive and innovative methods
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in an on-site capacity
- Degree in Education Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred)
Salary:
40,000-50,000 per month.
