Role Description The Online Business English Instructor (project-based) will deliver engaging, learner-centered business English lessons to adult learners, with a focus on practical workplace communication and professional skills. This full-time, on-site role in Giza involves planning and organizing course materials, designing lesson plans aligned with project objectives, and using interactive teaching methods to support learner progress. The instructor will assess learners’ needs, provide individual feedback, track performance, and adjust instruction accordingly. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live sessions, assigning and reviewing tasks, collaborating with the SYE team to refine curriculum, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates learners to reach their goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to adult learners.
- Candidates should possess Business English expertise and the ability to integrate real-world business scenarios into instruction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for professional contexts.
- Candidates should possess solid English Grammar knowledge and the ability to explain complex language points in an accessible way.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, and/or TEFL/TESOL or equivalent certification are beneficial.
- Experience teaching online or in blended-learning environments, familiarity with digital teaching tools, and the ability to manage groups effectively are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-focused mindset, with a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
