ICan Kids is looking for a passionate and caring Kindergarten Assistant Teacher who loves working with children and creating a warm, supportive environment for them. The ideal candidate demonstrates kindness, understanding, patience, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to help every child. A successful candidate maintains a respectful and nurturing environment, taking into account each child’s individual needs, interests, and learning styles. As part of our team, you will assist lead teachers, participate in classroom activities, resolve conflicts calmly and fairly, and promote positive communication among children. The English-speaking Assistant Teacher cooperates with colleagues and children, supports educational and creative projects, and represents our kindergarten at internal and external events. At ICan Kids, the main language of communication is English, and the Assistant communicates with children only in English.
