As 4Level1, a leading English language institute, continues to grow and expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our team and deliver high-quality learning experiences for both adults and young learners.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive English sessions tailored to adults or kids.
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create a positive and motivating classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
- Ensure effective classroom management at all times.
- Encourage student participation and communication.
- Follow up on student performance and attendance.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and class activities.
- Collaborate with academic supervisors to enhance teaching quality.
- Apply the institute’s teaching standards and methodologies.
Qualifications
- +1 year of teaching experience (Adults and/or Kids)
- TEFL or CELTA certification is preferred
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and manage different age groups
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
