Immediate Fitness (IMF) is seeking a motivated Assistant Coach for our Kids Fitness and Fundamental Gymnastics programs. This part-time role focuses on creating engaging and safe learning experiences for young children. Ideal candidates should have a passion for nurturing athletic skills in kids and a commitment to professional growth through structured mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in leading Aerobic Gymnastics classes
• Co-lead Kids Fitness and Fundamental Gymnastics sessions
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Follow objectives of IMF’s structured coaching curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans and seek feedback for improvement
Requirements:
• Background in gymnastics, dance, or other sports
• Strong passion for child engagement
• Reliable and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn through mentorship
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
