About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Interview Trainer to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have the ability to train and prepare students for university and visa interviews. This role requires strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping students achieve their overseas education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct visa interview preparation sessions for students applying to study abroad.
* Train students for university interviews and admission assessments.
* Guide students on interview etiquette, communication skills, and confidence building.
* Provide country-specific study plans, university information, and pre-departure guidance.
* Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
* Assist students in understanding course details, university requirements, and visa procedures.
* Prepare interview questions and training materials based on country and university requirements.
* Track student progress and ensure they are well-prepared before their interviews.
* Coordinate with counsellors to ensure smooth student support throughout the admission process.
* Maintain records of training sessions and student performance.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
* Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in conducting one-on-one and group training sessions.
* Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
* Basic knowledge of study abroad processes is preferred (training will be provided if required).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Prior experience in training, teaching, counselling, or the study abroad industry is preferred but not mandatory.
