– Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
– Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
– Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and behavior
– Monitor and assess each child’s individual needs and provide appropriate support and guidance
– Ensure classroom management techniques are implemented to maintain a positive learning environment
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent involvement activities

– Previous experience in babysitting or working with young children is preferred
– Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
– Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
– Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate educational approaches
– Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
– First aid certification is desirable
