Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for IIT NEET Teachers located in Kapra, Hyderabad, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience. The teacher will plan and deliver high-quality classes for IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants, focusing on strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills in relevant subjects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, assigning and evaluating tests and assignments, and tracking student progress. The role involves mentoring students, clarifying doubts, providing exam strategies, and collaborating with the academic team to align with curriculum and institutional goals. The teacher will also participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities to continuously improve teaching outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and education skills, with proven experience coaching students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET.
- Ability to design effective lesson planning and training activities that support varied learning styles and exam requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for clear classroom instruction, doubt resolution, and student/parent interaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching IIT-JEE/NEET subjects (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics/Biology) in a reputed institution.
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the subject area or in Education.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills to monitor performance, interpret test results, and provide targeted guidance.
- Comfort with using digital tools, LMS platforms, and basic technology to support teaching and student engagement.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, inclusive classroom practices, and a supportive learning environment.
