Job Description / Responsibility
IELTS Centre Jashore is hiring a committed and qualified IELTS Instructor for a full-time position. If you are passionate about teaching and helping students succeed, this is a great opportunity to build your career.
Location: Jashore (Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Jashore)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS classes (group and one-on-one) and Mock Exams
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- Evaluate students through mock tests and provide detailed feedback
- Maintain a supportive and effective learning environment
- Assist the academic team in continuously improving course quality
- Any other task assigned by the authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor Degree in any subject from any reputed Public or Private University. Please do not apply if you are graduated from National University.
- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in English Language or Linguistics (highly advantageous)
- CELTA certification (highly preferred)
- IELTS Score: Minimum 7.5 overall (mandatory)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,School,Coaching Center,Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Excellent command of English language skills
- Strong communication and teaching ability
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as IELTS Trainer or Instructor (highly preferred)
- Any teacher training from the British Council
Other Eligibility
- Must be responsible, punctual, and student-focused
- Ability to conduct classes, assess student progress, and guide improvements
- Must be willing to live in Jashore or relocate before joining
