Key Responsibilities:
• Co-design and advance a national Life-Design framework
• Provide tailored coaching to students and alumni
• Support the application of design-thinking methods
• Co-create curriculum and workshops to foster readiness
• Track engagement and use data for program improvement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Coaching or career-development certification preferred
• Experience in career coaching within higher education
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual tools
• Strong grounding in Life-Design theories
