Are you a passionate Hair & Beauty Teacher or experienced salon professional looking to inspire young people through vocational education?
Join our agency team and support students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, ASD, attachment disorders and behavioural needs in a welcoming Alternative Provision where practical learning changes lives.

About the Role
You’ll deliver engaging Hair & Beauty lessons that introduce students to salon skills, professionalism, client care and employability.
You’ll help learners build confidence, develop practical abilities and experience success through vocational education while creating a calm, supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- QTS or relevant Hair & Beauty qualifications
- Industry experience within hair, beauty or barbering
- Passion for vocational education
- Experience supporting young people with additional needs
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Desirable (but not essential)
- Teaching or assessing qualifications
- Experience with in Alternative Provision
- Vocational qualification delivery experience
- Trauma-informed practice
