Position: Grace Women’s Ministry Director Role
Become the Director of Women’s Ministry at Grace Toronto Church, focusing on discipleship and ministerial leadership. This full-time role integrates strategic planning and heartfelt outreach to women.
In this role, you will report to the Executive Director and develop a strategic vision for women’s discipleship that aligns with the church’s mission. Your leadership will include training female leaders and leading events that foster connections among women. The ideal candidate will embody missional and entrepreneurial leadership within a gospel-centered context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a vision for women’s discipleship
• Mobilize and equip women’s ministry leaders
• Foster individual and group discipleship experiences
• Organize relationship-building events for women
• Collaborate with the Women’s Advisory Council
Requirements:
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Theological education is preferred
• Experience in starting ministry initiatives
• High emotional intelligence for pastoral care
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
