Immaculate Conception Delta is searching for a motivated teacher with experience in both Grade 4 and Grade 7 classrooms.
Your role will involve teaching Science, Social Studies, and Visual Arts while fostering individual student needs in a supportive atmosphere. Collaboration with parents and staff ensures a cohesive educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver innovative lessons in Science and Social Studies
• Teach Visual Arts to enhance critical thinking skills
• Support diverse learning needs with tailored instruction
• Engage in collaborative efforts with staff and community
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate required
• Proven experience in teaching relevant grade levels
• Ability to work in a faith-based setting
• Criminal Record Check needed for applicants from outside BC
• Strong communication and organizational skills
